What is RCube Rewards?
RCube Rewards is the mall loyalty program for earning points from eligible bills and redeeming those points for brand and mall service rewards.
How do I sign up?
Register with your Indian mobile number. You'll receive an OTP to verify your account. You can sign up via the website or WhatsApp bot.
How do I earn points?
Upload a valid bill. Approved bills add points to your wallet based on the configured earning rules and tier benefits.
Do my points expire?
Points can expire based on the mall policy. Expiring points are shown in your points history and reminders.
What rewards can I redeem?
You can redeem available rewards from participating brands, parking, concierge, and mall-wide services.
What are the tier levels?
There are 4 tiers: Club (starting), Select (Rs. 1,00,000 spend), Elite (Rs. 3,00,000), and Crown (Rs. 5,00,000). Higher tiers earn more points per rupee spent.
How do I upload a bill?
You can upload a bill photo through the website or send it via WhatsApp. Only bills from participating RCube Monad Mall stores within the last 14 days are accepted.
What file formats are accepted for bill upload?
JPG and PNG images are accepted. Maximum file size is 250 KB. Make sure the bill details are clearly visible.
Are points valued differently at jewellery stores?
Yes. At jewellery stores like Giva and New Age Diamonds, both earning and redemption rates are halved — you earn half the points per rupee spent, and each point is worth Rs. 0.50 instead of Rs. 1 when redeeming.
How do I redeem points at a store?
Visit a participating store and ask the staff to redeem your points. They will look up your account, enter the discount amount, and send an OTP to your registered mobile number. Confirm the OTP to complete the redemption.
What are milestones?
Milestones are one-time rewards you unlock when your total approved spend crosses certain thresholds like a free parking coupon at Rs. 5,000 spend. Check the Milestones page to see your progress.
Can I use the program on WhatsApp?
Yes, send a message to our WhatsApp number 9266706664 to check points, upload bills, view offers, redeem rewards, and more.
What is the free parking benefit?
Tier-based parking benefits are available. Check your tier benefits page for details on free parking eligibility at your tier level.
Why was my bill rejected?
Bills may be rejected for duplicate invoice numbers, wrong invoice numbers, incorrect bill amounts, old bill dates, or unreadable images.
How does the referral program work?
Referral bonus points are credited once the referred member successfully signs up and verifies their phone number. Self-referrals or duplicate referrals are not allowed.
How do I collect my voucher?
After activating a reward, visit the mall helpdesk between 12 PM - 8 PM with your coupon code to collect your physical voucher.
How do promotions work?
During active promotions (e.g. 3X points), your bills earn multiplied points automatically. Check the website or type "offers" on WhatsApp to see current promotions.
What should I do if points are not credited?
Open Contact Us with the bill details, or ask mall staff to review the invoice status.
